Easy Heat + Serve

Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 10-12 minutes. Heat on high for approx.3 minutes until piping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx. 3 minutes. Stir before serving. once defrosted consume within 3 days
