Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 5 minutes based on 900 watt microwave. Heat on high for approx. 2 minutes until piping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx. 2 minutes. Stir before serving. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutrition Per Serve
