This dish is very mild, containing just a tiny sprinkle of pepper (and no chilli).

Easy Heat + Serve
Allow to defrost overnight in fridge. Transfer to pan and heat on low for 10 minutes until piping hot. Or heat in the oven at 180c for 20 minutes. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutrition
