This delicious curry combines all the essential spices that epitomise Sri Lankan cuisine - coriander, cardamom, fenugreek, turmeric, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, cumin. We marinade the fish in this unique spice mix, then simmer in coconut milk curry sauce.

Easy Heat + Serve
