Easy Heat + Serve
Remove lid. Cover with paper towel. Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 8 minutes. Heat on high for approx 4 minutes until piping hot. Stir before serving. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutrition Per Serve
