Easy Heat + Serve

Peel back one corner before microwaving. Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 12 minutes based on 900 watt microwave. Heat on high for approx 3 minutes until piping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx. 4 minutes. For best results transfer to ovenable dish while frozen and heat in oven at 160c for 40 minutes.
