Fish pie w potato mash - 2 serves
Fish
This fish pie will give Gordon Ramsay a run for his money! It's versatile enough to be served any time of year, either team it with hot veges or a side salad. We use a combo of barramundi, salmon and smoked cod, flavoured with fresh herbs with a hint of garlic and cooked in a creamy sauce topped with buttery mashed potato. The result is tasty and utterly satisfying. Pop in the oven until golden and a little crispy, then enjoy! A real treat.
