Ingredients

Grass fed beef (90%), olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, fresh herbs, onion, garlic, chilli, potassium enriched Heart salt, pepper

Easy Heat + Serve

Defrost in fridge and allow steaks to come to room temperature. Remove all plastic wrapping. Heat fry pan until smoking. Season fillets with salt. Seer on both sides for 1 minute. Reduce heat and continue to pan fry until your preferred level on doneness. Can be BBQ'd.
