We begin with fresh cuts of Aussie lamb marinaded in a gorgeous spice blend of turmeric, garlic, ginger, chilli, coriander, garam masala and yoghurt. We brown the meat before slow cooking to bring out the authentic flavours then add tomato and spinach puree at the end of cooking.
