This curry originates from the southern part of India, using the famous madras spices which include coriander and cumin powders. Ours is cooked to perfection by our Indian chef, Singh. The result is a medium heat but full flavoured curry that will satisfy any spice fanatic. Take it to the next level and serve with basmati rice topped with fried onions, cucumber or mint riata, microwave poppadum's and mango or lime chutney. Feast!

Lamb shoulder (47%), tomato (20%) , onion (12%), lentils, coconut cream, coconut, olive oil, garlic, ginger, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, green chilli, chilli powder, pepper, salt.
Preparation
Peel back one corner. Frozen Defrost in microwave for approx 10 - 12 minutes. Heat on high for approx. 2 - 3 minutes. Defrosted Heat on high for approx. 4 -5 minutesNutrition
