Baby lamb fillets marinated in EV olive oil, lemon garlic + sumac. Best pan fry or on the barbeque. Delivered frozen. Use By: Frozen 3 months, Fresh 5 days

Defrost lamb overnight in fridge and allow to come to room temperature before cooking. Pan fry or BBQ w olive oil in pan for 2 minute each side, only turning once. Cook longer for well done. Allow to rest in pan for at least 1 minute. Serve and pour over pan juices.
