Greek lamb fillets
Baby lamb fillets marinated in olive oil, lemon garlic + sumac. Best pan fry or on the barbeque. Use By: Frozen 3 months, Fresh 5 days
IngredientsLamb, olive oil, lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic, oregano, sumac, salt, pepper
PreparationPan fry or BBQ w olive oil in pan for 2 minute each side, only turning once. Cook longer for well done. Allow to rest in pan for at least a minute. Serve and pour over pan juices.
